I’m Greg—someone who’s always thrived at the intersection of people, process, and purpose. Born and raised in Alaska, I’ve always been in search of warmer days, which might explain my love for the beach and my deep appreciation for Hawaii. With a strong foundation in operations and customer engagement, I made the leap into business ownership, bringing with me a patient, people-first approach to leadership. I live by the laid-back, aloha spirit, and that mindset helps me lead with calm and understanding. Outside of work, you’ll find me with my family, watching football, golfing, or catching a sunset in St. Pete—a community I’m proud to call home and honored to serve.

Hi! My name is Chandler and I have been with Bayside Pools since early 2023! I have a background in Aviation Mechanics as a certified technicians, and have a strong passion for working on anything that needs fixing. This has translated well into the pool business and helped me get into the world of more complex repairs to pool equipment. Outside of work I enjoy watching sports of all kinds, going to concerts, and doing the fun local things that St. Pete has to offer. Golfing is something I have loved doing since I was little, and the Florida sunshine makes it possible to get out at every opportunity I get! I love our community that we call home, serving it has been a pleasure and I can’t wait to continue meeting more of the people who help make our city so great.
